38 was a typo on my part. He was 48 at the time of his death and both his wife and son were living.
There is no date or name of the paper on the obituary clipping. I'm sure my grandmother didn't see any need to include that.
But an educated guess tells me that it had to be the Jamestown Sun as I don't think Medina had a newspaper plus you had to catch the train in Jamestown.
