WIESE family from Osterweick, Prussia, East Germany

I'm looking for information on my Great Great Grandparents Friedrich Wiese and his wife Johanne (? nee Kauffung).
They left Germany in 1847 for Australia, accompanied by their 5 sons.
They settled in Klemzig in Adelaide SA and had a daughter.
Some people say that they came from either Osterweick or Wernigerode near the Harz mountains of East Germany.
It would be lovely to meet up with some relatives who have some information for me. Unfortunately I do not speak German.
