Hi, everybody. I seek descendants of Anna Josephine Higgins Wieland, my great-aunt. Anna's parents were Michael Francis Higgins (1854-1921) and Anne Josephine Keyes (1860-1885). The family lived in Hudson, NY but later moved to New York City. There were six children in the family: William Owen (1886-1946), Edward Lawrence (my grandfather, 1892-1954), and Anna Josephine (1895-???). Three other children (a Maurice and 2 Catherines) died in infancy. Anna married Otto J. Wieland in 1927. They had at least one son, Richard.
I would like to get in touch with anyone connected with Anna in the hopes that we can discuss swapping copies of old family photos, memorabilia, newspaper clippings, etc. I have TONS of stuff that my grandfather saved. Please contact me if you have a connection here. Thank you! -- Clare Higgins
