Werner was born in Stargard Germany 13th June 1929.Mother died when he was 4.Father, 2 older brothers and sister died in WW11. Father had remarried and Werner has a half brother from this marriage.Werner is unable to remember any of families first names as he was very young.Came to Australia in 1953. Father was in Army-bridge construction/ demolition was given horse drawn gun carriage funeral at army camp near Szczecinek. We believe his eldest brother was crew of the Blucher and died when sunk in 1940. His other brother was either army or airforce and his sister a nurse. If you know of anyone in his family dead or alive we would be interested to learn. Would like to know names of the family and one day visit grave sites. thankyou.
