I have a photo copy of the War of 1812 record for Johannes Widrig and his wife Marie C. Christmas.
There is a son George J. Widrig B. 12-12-1814 who married Elizabeth Sarah House, B. Aug 25, 1820. This George and Elizabeth are both buried in De Peyster Cemetary in St Lawrence County, New York with a large family plot. (have pictures) The family had (5) children. The gravestone for George list birthdate as 12-15-1813. It is possible their was 2 children by the name of George. Many of this Widrig line spelled their surname Widrick although I am not from this line.
