As the husband of one of the few English Widrigs, I have been doing a little work on their Swiss origins. There is strong evidence that Widrigs came from Ragaz in Switzerland - and I suspect tha t they simply passed through Germany on their emigration. What is the evidence for their origin in Wurttemburg?
