Henry Wickersham: 26th Arkansas Infantry
Posted by: Mark Miller Date: March 06, 2000 at 01:19:24

I am researching a soldier who enlisted in the 26th Arkansas Infantry Regiment during the Civil War. He is:

Henry T. Wickersham Co. A Pvt/Pvt
Enlisted 12 Jun 1862 at Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Detailed as commisary clerk at
Little Rock from enlistment through Feb 1863. Detached to Telegraph Department at
Marshall, Texas 24 Sep 1863.

I have no genealogical connection to this man but am writing a book on his regiment. Any help in learning his dates/places of birth, death, and burial would be greatly appreciated.
