A quiet wedding took place in Tomah Wednesday, January 24, at the home of the bride's mother, MRS. J. H. TREAT,the contracting parties being MISS LELA TREAT AND MR. J.E. THOMAS of Nekoosa,WI The newly wedded couple took their departure immediately for Chicago,IL for a stay of a week, after which they will reside in Nekoosa. MR.THOMAS is a bookkeeper in the paper mill at Nekoosa.the bride had been employed in the office at the "Centralia Enterprise"for several years.
(I believe there was a town called Centralia in Wisconsin later changing its name to another name)Ann
