info on 300 German surnames to Oshkosh
I am researching the chain migration of German-Bohemians and Bavarians to Oshkosh between the years 1870-1910. Check out my website http://highholder.tripod.comhttp://highholder.tripod.com for information on marriages, naturalizations, declarations of intents, church membership, and much more. My primary surnames are KINDERMAN, EBERSBERGER, WINKELBAUER, GOLOMB, KELLERMANN, SELWITSCHKA, BLECHINGER, PHILLIP. There is information on over 300 surnames in Oshkosh, Winnebago, WI and a list of similar names in Chicago. I want to hear from anyone else with family that emigrated from the Bohmerwald to the 6th and 13th wards of Oshkosh and were members of St. Vincent's and Sacred Heart parishes.
