The town of Rushford lays claim to having the oldest living person born in Wisconsin. Paul Polier was born in Green Bay in 1795, which makes him 96 years of age. His parents were French. Paul Polier is now living with his daughter, Mrs. Duchine, in the ancient city of Delhi, town of Rushford. He is able to do a little work, and is quite smart. If any town can beat this let us hear from them. At the celebration recently held at Kaukauna, Geo. Law was present and at the time was supposed to be the oldest person now living that was born in the state, having been born in 1810. -- Eureka Cor.
