An eight-year-old boy of Thomas Coats, who had been sick for a few days with croup, died at about noon, on Saturday. The funeral was held from Mr. Coats’ residence on Monday forenoon It was supposed by the public that the boy had the diphtheria, but the doctor who had charge of the case says it was not.
