I am not related. I found this death notice for Chauncey. I don't know if it will be of help. Oshkosh | Daily Northwestern, The | 1910-01-15 pg 13 PASSED AWAY IN KANSAS. Death of Former Resident of Neenah-Menasha News (Special to The Northwestern.) Menasha. Wis., Jan. 15.— A message wan received by Wallace Sawyer telling of the death of his father, Chauncey Sawyer, a former well known resident of Neenah, which occurred at the home of his daughter, Mrs. C. W. (G.W.?) Paine. Yates Center, Kan.. January 8. Deceased was ninety-one yeas of age and death wan due to general debility. Mr. Sawyer was born In Monroe county, N. Y., March 30, 1819, and came to Neenah In 1845(1848?), where he made his home until a short time ago when he left for a vlsit with his daughter In Kansas. He is survived by seven children. as follows: Mrs. G. W. Paine, of Kansas; Charles, of Neenah; James of Osceola; Ira, of Washington; Wallace of Menasha; Ora, of Oshkosh; and Edward Sawyer of Tennessee. No funeral arrangements have been made.
