What happened to Poygen Twp.?

My grandfather, George Edmond Hendershott was b-June 14, 1872 in Poygen Twp. Winnebago Co. WI as were his siblings, James Lewis b-Abt. 1875 d-Feb. 2, 1877 at the age of 2 yrs. & Maude May b-June 3, 1878.

Their parents were James Montgomery & Sarah Delilah (Barder) Hendershott who married in WI on April 2, 1870. James was b-Macon, Lenawee Co. MI & Sarah was b-Ohio, so am assuming the marriage took place in Winnebago Co. but would like to obtain the marriage record if possible. Also would like to find the birth record for James Lewis & if possible, the cemetery where he was buried.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
