Yes, the name of the hospital is Theda Clark, named after (and originally funded by) a young woman who died in childbirth for lack of proper care back in 1903 or so. Menasha had its own newspaper in the 1920s. Write the Elisha D. Smith Public Library, 440 First St., Menasha WI 54952 and they can probably locate an obit.
