Thank you! I will follow up on that lead. This places his (the Charles F. that you found) date of birth at approx. 1845, and my g.g.grandmother's birth was 1851. She was a widow when she married him. Her maiden name was SCHMIDT, then she married my g.g.grandfather, Frederic SCHULTZ, so her name was Wilhemina Schmidt-Schultz-Dee. I don't know where Fredric Schultz died and was buried, so I'd appreciate any lead on him also.
