Cooley/Parker in Manchester, Wisconsin

I am looking for any information on a Polly Ann Cooley born 1836 father was supposed to be Jonathan Cooley - mother's name may have been Desire .....
Polly married Charles Parker - s/o James R. Parker and step mother Sally (Hart) Parker
Polly and Charles were married Kingston, Wisconsin 7-7-1855
Charles died at age 23 (2-24-1860)and is, as far as I know buried in the Cemetery on NW corner of the village of Manchester, Wisconsin
In the 1860 census Polly is listed as Polly Ann Parker
(In 1867 James R. Parker and Sally sold farm in Manchester and sometime around there moved to Waseca Co - Woodville - Minnesota where their Sally's daughter Nellie married Henry S. Clement - their other daughter married Wm Berner and they also were in Minnesota - At this point we do not know what happened to Polly)
Any help in this will be greatly appreciated
