Hi Barb,
My sisters name is Jean Florence Deist and I am Joy Alice Deist. All the names were right What were Boyds childrens name I remember Sally and Dick but there was one more and I only remember him by the name of Whimpy and he married a woman named Joan I think. Boyd's wifes name was Martha wasn' it. And I remember a old old Aunt that we called Aunt Waddy? Who was she? I only remember seeing her once or twice. How did your mother become Mabels step sister and what was her mother and fathers name. Where were they brought up. Who were Franks parents and where were they from and how did they meet. Did you also know and this is only a story I heard from my Aunt Marcy(Charlies wife) That some of Al Copones men took over the barn that they had at the time it was on HI 24 and they were making booze. Grandpa found them when he went out to milk the cows. They stay in the barn for a long time (months) with tommy guns and grandpa had to take the illegal booze to Milwaukee with his milk runs which is why she said all the boys were alocholics. She said Charlie who was the youngest son was drinking at the age of 6 or 7. I thought it was a prety interesting story. Don't know if ther is any truth behind it or not but they were all alcholics and all of them died od some form of cancer except for Bob who might still be alive and Charlie who died of liver failure. Please let me know more. Thank-you

Joy T
