Is anyone else out there still searching for Sparks from Kentucky to Northern Wisconsin area?

I'm trying to find out who the husband of Phobe Spencer-Sparks was (she later married Sherman Gum). In the 1900 census she is listed as a widowed dressmaker with two children in Kentucky. In 1910 census she is listed in Langalde Co., Wisconsin.
