In 1905, Wheatland, Vernon, WI: Norris & Lenora STEARNS had Arthur & MIla O.
Norris registered for the WW I Draft in Vernon Co., WI, & Norris & Lenna {sic} were there in 1920.
In 1930, Norris C. & Lenora E. were of Benton Co., MN. Minnesota Death Index has Norris C. STEARNS, 1956.
In 1850, there were Charles K. STEARNS in both Franklin Co., VT, & Grafton Co., NH, of the approximate age of your Charles.
In 1860, Monroe Co., WI, STEARNS: S. H., 45; Matilda, 47; Ora M., 20; Elma, 16; Charles, 11 [but I do not find those other names with a Charles in 1850].
In 1870, Charles STEARNS, 22, was of Vernon Co., WI. Households are not shown on the free database, but there was a Maria, 17 (Mila?), & Charles, 3 months (Norris?)
