I am looking for information on the Springer/Berquist family in Vernon Co.
My great-grandmother was Ethel Springer, daughter of Albert W Springer and Cora N Berquist. They lived in Stoddard in 1910 and Jefferson (in Vernon Co.) in 1920. No luck anywhere else finding info. Albert's family was from Germany and Cora's was from Norway. Albert's father may have been Henry Hecht as this is what the census from 1905 says. I don't know what explanation is for the difference in last name.
