Hi Paul,
Thanks for the info. I appreciate your offer, but we're planning on comming up to Edgerton during December. I would be grateful, however, if you could tell me the best places to look. Example: Libraries, Courthouses, Genealogy Clubs, Etc....
The dates seem to match the August Happ obit you sent. He would have been my 2nd Great Grandfather. My Great Grandfather, Rudolph Happ immigrated to the U.S. in March, 1904, using an August Happ as his listed sponsor. August was on the 1900 census, but not the 1910 one. I would love to find a death cert. or more detailed obit to confirm. It looks like Rudolph's father died shortly after he came to this country.
