Emma Thayer, born Janesville about 1852, Evansville Seminary

How can I find out if my Grandmother's Aunts--Emma, Elizabeth, Abigial, Mattie and Ada Thayer--were students at the Evansville Seminary. I found this marriage announcement that made me curious:

"Mr. J. R. Morrow, of Newark, New Jersey, and nephew of E. W. Stearns departed homeward with his new bride, Thursday morning last. His wife was a Miss Emma J. Thayer, of Janesville, and formerly a Seminary student here. Mr. Morrow was until within a few years, a resident of Evansville. The Review extends congratulations.

January 2, 1881, Evansville Review, p. 3, col. 3, Evansville, Wisconsin"

Was it only a school for girls? If not, perhaps their brother, Jesse Burnham Thayer, attended the Seminary as well.

Their parents were Lindley M. and Elizabeth Burnham Thayer of Janesville.
