Hello Nancy: I had a great-great grandmother b. circa 1840 , probably in Germany. My older relatives only knew about her from family stories. She was known as "Mudding" Klein(ow), married to John Henry Klein(ow) circa 1860. Is there any connection with the surname, Mudica? No one knows "Mudding's given name or surname, anything about her family or childhood. Thanks if you can help. Marilyn E. Lowey Nelson (Mrs. Kenneth W. Nelson) P.S. John Klein(ow) and "Mudding" lived in Chicagi, IL.
