Hello Todd, Have you checked with the Racine Heritage Museum. There is a index card list on early Mound Cemetery record
I have heard about Mound Cemetery but never Evergreen. (this does not mean that it did not exist)
Mound and Graceland Cemetery share a common office. A newer cemetery west of the city of Racine is West Lawn... and have been told it was started in 1927.
