JEROME I CASE
JEROME WAS BORN IN WILLIAMSTOWN OSWEGO CO NY DEC /11/1819 AND IS THE YOUNGEST OF FOUR BROTHERS. HIS PARENTS ARE CALEB AND DEBORAH CASE WHO WERE THE AMONG THE PIONEERS OF WESTERN N.Y.IN 1842 JEROME PEOCURED SIX THRESHING MACHINE,S AND WENT WEST TO RACINE WS. IN 1847/ MR CASE OPENED THE CASE TRACTOR AND IMPLAMENT CO. MR CASE WAS MAYOR OF RACINE IN 1856/AND 1859 IN 1856 HE WAS ELECTED STATE SENATOR AND SERVED TWO YEARS .IN 1863 AFTER AMASSING A LARGE FORTUNE HE SOLD MOST OF THE COMPANEY TO STEPHEN BULL/ROBERT H. BAKER/AND M.B.ERSKINE.
THIS INFORMATION WAS FOUND WHEN I RESERCHED MY CASE FAMILY IN OHIO
