I have located my great-great grandparents, Nicholas Hoffman and Sabina Carlson in Maiden Rock. They were there in 1880 and 1900. I know nothing about them as my great grandmother, Esther Cecelia Hoffman born March 5, 1885 did not talk about her family. I know that in 1900, Esther was living with an aunt and uncle, William & M? Stevens in Minnesota. My mother does have some pictures showing a farm in ?Stockholm. There are also pictures of "Uncle Oscar", always in a wheelchair. I would be more than willing to share pictures for information about Nicholas and Sabina. Also, my mother, Betty Cecelia Murray remembers visiting and then writing to Sandra Gaye Carlson. She would love to connect again. Thanks!
