You might want to check out the Ozaukee County Historical Society's site:

The archives itself are located in the Lincoln Building right next to city hall. These are some of the newspapers around at that time:

Cedarburg Enterprise; Cedarburg News; Grafton Enterprise; Ozaukee Cty. Advertiser; Ozaukee Cty. Democrat; Ozaukee Cty. Eagle; Ozaukee Cty. Times; New Squire; Port Pilot; Port Washington herald; Port Washington Star; Port Washington Zeitung; Washington Cty. Democrat.
