Two old photos of Joseph Promer pre-1940 and Ruth Ann Promer after 1930

I found these two old photos in an antique store in Outagamie county and am looking for family who may want them. The first is of a man and is labeld "Uncle Joseph Promer" and was taken maybe before 1940, no location. The second is of a cute little girl labeld "Ruth Ann Promer" and was taken sometime after 1930, no location.
