Thank you for the email. Yes any help would be appreciated.
I have been at lose a long time. I know that my grandmother and Dad went to Oconto to visit relatives. My father has been dead for 19 years and his mother 20, so I can't ask them about it. They had relatives in MI too, I just don't know who they are or were. My grandmother Carolyn Rugg, married Charles Stark who died 1923 in a coal mining accident. She remarried to a Jess Capan and then to Harry Shultz. Her father was John Wesley Rugg went by Wes Rugg.
Have many Ruggs still in PA.
