Searching for birth record/parents of Jacob S. WHITEAKER, ( b. August 07, 1816 - Hamilton Co., OH d. April 05, 1891 - Crawford Co., Wisconsin) m. Gertrude Marquart in Allen Co., IN.

Have some indication that Jacob's father was Daniel Whiteaker, b. Whitaker, PA, d. Allen Co., IN, but am searching for more reliable source.
