WWI Draft Reg, Milwaukee WI
Jacob ZAWERTANY, single, works in bakery
b 10-23-1895 Buzowka?, Kiev, Russia
served 2 wks in Polish Nat'l --?---
5'5" blue/blonde
had filed his intent to become citizen

He actually served WWI from 5-28-1917 to 5-18-1919

On his WWII Reg he states he is a decorator

He was naturalized 5-3-1939 Milwaukee, and stated he filed intent in Waco TX, but papers not found. Name changed by court order to ZAWERTON
He m Mrs Clara SMITH c 1923; but marriage not found.
