Hi Rob,

This is the closest I could find with info you gave.

1870 NEGAUNEE, MARQUETTE, MICHIGAN
SENSENBURNER
Michael, age 34, salloon and border house, born France

Margarett, age 28, keeps house, born Austria

Mary, age 10, born WI

Joseph, age 7, born WI

Andrew, age 5, born Wi

John, age 2, born MI

George, age 5/12, born MI

so, some children born Wisconsin which makes sense if this is your girl - not Maria or Anna Maria but1836 Margaretta ?

1860 MENASHA WARD 2, WINNEBAGO, WI
SENSENBRENNER
Michael, age 27, waggon maker, born France

Margaret, age 20, born Austria

***************

although she is in records as Margaret there is a marriage for a Joseph Sensenbrenner to Attie Crain Nov. 28, 1888 Eldorado, Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin
his parents shown as Michael Sensenbrenner and Mary Augstmann (why though would they shown that as her maiden name?)

and then another marriage for daughter Mary to Michael Malignofsky Oct. 14, 1879
her parents shown as Michael Sensenbrenner and mother maiden name Kraus

son George married Rose Neumeyer May 26, 1898 Menasha, Winnebago WI
father Michael Sensenbrenner mother Margaret Kraus

Johannes J. Sensenbrenner married Anna M.M. Justmann July 4, 1897 Jefferson, Wisconsin
his parents Michael Sensenbrenner and Margaretha Kraus

Mathilde Sensenbrenner married August Lavalle June 3, 1901
her parents Michael Sensenbrenner and Margareth Kraus

I went back to census (by the way all those marriages were from familysearch.org - census from ancestry.com)

1880 MENASHA, WINNEBAGO, WISCONSIN
LOWENBRENNER (as indexed)
Michael, age 64, wagon maker, born Strasbourg parents born Strasbourg

Mary, age 44, wife, keeps house born Bavaria parents born Bavaria

Joseph, age 17, son works in saw mill, born WI

Andrew, age 15, son, works in hub factory, born WI

John J., age 12, son, born WI

George, age 10, son, born WI

Emma, age 5, daughter, born WI

Matilda, age 2, daughter, born WI

Michael's age in the image looks like 44, not 64.

1900 MENASHA WARD 2, WINNEBAGO, WISCONSIN
SENSENBUNER

Mike, age 65, carpenter, born Sept. 1834, born Germany parents born Germany

Emma, age 25, daughter, dressmaker, born march 1875 WI parents born Germany

Tillie, age 22, daughter, born Feb. 1878 WI parents born Germany

so Mary/Margaretta died sometime between 1880 and 1900 census'

at familysearch.org there is Mr. M. Sensenbrenner who died Feb. 7, 1891 Winnebago so I suspect this is her - no parent's names shown though
a second entry for same date shows Mary Sensenbrenner

and another death database shows her as Mary Sensenbrenner born 1837 Germany died Jan. 7, 1891 Nennah, Winnebago, WI but again no parent's names

Ok - I just found a marriage for a M. Sensenbrenner Dec. 30, 1879 to Maria Angstman - her parents shown as B. WEISS and Thrresa WEISS

so the Margaretta/Margretha wife of Michael must have been a first wife
which explains the Kraus name for their mother in those marriages of the children
Joseph though showed his step-mother's name but that happens - I have a marriage for one of my grandfather's step-sisters and it shows her father as her step-father

I went back to look for her first marriage

William F. Angstman married Maria HEISS Feb. 15, 1872 Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin
her parents Bartholomeus HEISS and Theresia HEISS
so that matches with what you have
so since she married Michael in 1879 - you would not find her and William together in any census.

This looks possible for the family in 1860 - but maria is not with them - she would be about 23 so could have been working on her own and living away from the family

1860 NEKIMI, WINNEBAGO, WI
HESS
Betholma, age 48, farmer, born Germany

Theresa, age 46, born Germany

Joseph, age 15, born WI (likely born Germany as they arrived 1851)

Theresa, age 12, born WI (same)

Andrew, age 9, born WI

William, age 6, born WI

Mena, age 4, born WI

Fritz, age 2, born WI

1870 NEKIMI, WINNEBAGO, WISCONSIN
HEISS
Tracy, age 65, keeping house, born Bavaria

Andrew, age 18, born WI

William, age 15, born Wi

Minnie, age 14, born WI

Frederick, age 13, born WI

Ida, age 11, born WI

do you have the passenger list.
They arrived Sept. 2, 1851 aboard the "Helene" arriving at New York

HEISS
Bartolmar 38 shoemaker
Therise 36
Anna Marie 14
Johan 13 (male)
Christinia 11
Renner 8 (male)
Touper 7 (male)
Marianne 6
Theresia 4
Philomela 0

******

so it seems that Bartholomew must have died between 1860 and 1870 and I cannot find Theresa after 1870
