It looks to me like Otto and family may have relocated to Kings County, NY on this census. I do not have access to these images. But here I do find an Otto, born Finland abt 1886; Rudolf b. abt 1917 and Roy b. abt 1920. There may be others in the family that only the census image would determine. Repost and ask specifically for a lookup for this census.
