August Martin was born in Germany ca 1806. He is found in the 1850 census in Sheboygan, Sheboygan Co. WI and also in the 1855 index. His wife was Dinah born in Prussia about 1806. They had a daughter Elizabeth born in 1842 also Germany but also could be N. Y. Am seeking her husband.
August died between 1850-60 and Dinah after 1860.
Wonder if August had the nickname of Hickory?
