I am looking for information on Jacob GERSTNER, born in the late 1700s, probably in or near Mandel, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany. He immigrated to America with his daughter Barbara Gersner born 1814 and two other children. Apparently his wife died beforehand. Barbara married Johann 'John' Kohl who was born in 1805 also in Mandel. They first came to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and then later moved to Addison, Washington Co., Wis. I would like to know any ancestral information, Mrs. Jacob Gerstner's identity, and anything on the family.
