JOHN AND FANNY HOLMES WALWORTH WISCONSIN.
Posted by: EDWARD LUNT (ID *****7037) Date: June 12, 2008 at 02:35:08
  of 21886

hi all from a very sunny CHESHIRE, ENGLAND.
On the 1900 census there is a family living in WALWORTH,
the Holmes Family, and im interested in FANNY HOLMES who might be my g/aunt FANNY HEWITT brn in 1866 LIVERPOOL ENGLAND, dau of JOSHUA and ELLEN.
She emigrated to the States in SEPT 1886, NEW YORK, age 20, and unmarrried. After that ive no idea what happened to her, she has just vanished, she isnt on the 1900 census, and unfortunately the 1890 census was damaged, but im wondering if anyone know of the family and can give me some information about FANNY regarding he name before she married.
There are 2 children on the census CLARA M HOLMES age 10
and ERNEST H HOLMES AGE 8 which probably means they were
married around 1889 which sounds right to me.
Any help at all will be greatly appreciated. thanks very much EDDIE.
