Hi Kevin,
Looks like Frank and Jennie never had children.

1900 Neb. Merrick, Silver Creek
Frank Rossiter, 32,s, May 1869, Wi, Ire,Ire
in household of Henry Boetcher... does not give any relationship, boarder, worker, etc.
(He married Jennie in Aug. 1900)
best guess based on 1900 Neb. Jennie was probably daughter of Wendel and Mary Brohman.

1910 Idaho, Bingham, Groveland
Frank Rossiter, 40, mar.10yrs, b.Wi,Ir,Ir, hired man nursery
(can't find Jennie anywhere in Idaho)

1920 still in Bingham Co, they are employees at Idaho state insane asylum. no children to be found

1930 Idaho, Bingham, Blackfoot
Frank Rossiter, 61, 1st mar @ 32, b. Wi, farm labor
Jennie, 58, 1st mar @29 b. Can, naturalized 1900

Idaho death index

d. 4 Jun 1937, Bannock, Pocatello
