I've tried very hard to find Henriette in the earlier censuses but no luck. There is also and Ole Halvorson in Norman County in 1885 and 1900 who is a few years old than Henrietta and also born in WI. May be her brother. I suggest you get her death record which will hopefully give her parents' names and her birthplace.
