Dear Xen...I'd refer you to the Historical area Library in Green Bay on the University of Wisconsin campus in the coffrin Libray., seventh floor. They have the naturalization records there for settlers in Mtwc. county. If your relative submitted a petition to become naturalized, his year of birth and country along with the month and year he came to the USA are on that document. Good luck.
