Yes I agree-the resources are not too good. I did discover that Forest County was alittle more helping saying, "In the 1800's men were hired from the hills and hallows of eastern Kentucky to go by train to Forest County, WI to work in logging camps." Later their families came, land was bought, etc. In July in Crandon, WI there is even a festival called Kentuck Days (or their used to be).
