I thought that maybe the spelling CZECH was American but it looks like it is used in Poland. In 1990 census of names there were 15305 CZECHs in Poland.
www.herby.com.pl/herby in Polish and only distribution.
With those numbers, no easy way to pinpoint where your ancestors came from.
Use a One Step/Gray form www.stevemorse.org to locate people coming from a certain village, with a first name, date, etc. About 1075 CZECHs came thru Ellis Island. www.ellisislandrecords.org and an Ignatz among them.
Variation of Ignace: Ignatz, Ignacy, Ignacz, Ignaz.
