Holmes, Runyan, & Wiltse - Dodge City, Wisconsin 1850's

Seeking information on "Serena Holmes", and/or "Lovantia Holmes", and family. Serena born in Olean, Cattaraugus County about 1800, married Edmund Wiltse from the same area. I believe her sister "Lovantia Holmes" born 1802, who lost her first Husband "William H. Runyan" of Rochester, NY in 1850; married Edmund Wiltse also a few years after, the death of Serena (Holmes) Wiltse, in Dodge City, Wisconsin, 1852. Edmund died in Dodge City, Wisconsin, 1861. Serena and Edmund had two sons, one which was named Willard Wiltse.

Understand the Wiltse family prominent in the area during the early 1800's. Believe Serena and Lovantia were sisters however, they may have been cousins. Dont really know, any help will be appreciated. Who was their Holmes family?
