I found Horace and Savilla Juniby in Williamstown, Dodge County, Wisconsin in the 1850 census. They are listed as family number 132 on page 238. It lists Horace Juniby age 28 born in New Hampshire, Savilla age 28 born in Vermont and Albert E. age 7/12 born in Wisconsin. Looks like your family.

I searched the AIS census index in ancestry.com for all people in Wisconsin in 1850 with the given name of Horace. There were only 355. Two surnames names looked similar to Quinby. One was the Quinby you found in Kenosha and the other was Juniby. I then checked the census images on ancestry.com and found the detail.
