Per the Crawford Co., WI State Marriage Records, Edmond/Edward? D. Priest married Mary Ellen McMillin, 22 Sep 1867, Wauzeka Twp. No parents were listed on the marriage record. Recorded in State Vol. 1, No. 2641.
The 1870 census includes the following possibility.
1870 Census, Wauzeka, Crawford, WI, Pg. 564, 20 Jun 1870, Household 88:
David Priest, 21, Laborer, OH
Ellen, 20, Keeping House, WI
James, 1, WI
Household 86 was James and Anna McMillen, quite probably Ellen's parents.
