Kornaus/Potempa in Pulaski early 1900's

Hi! I am interested in the Paul Kornaus and Andrew Potempa families. The Kornaus family immigrated to the United States from Poland in 1881, lived in Illinois for awhile (presumably Chicago) and were in Maple Grove, Shawano County, WI by 1895. Paul (b 1854) and Anna (b @1863)had many children, including Mary (b @1883) who abt 1902 married John Paul Potempa (b 1876). John is on the 1905 WI census but not listed in 1910. Neither is he listed in Illinois. John Potempa's father Andrew Potempa (b 1840) is also not on the 1910 census. This leads me to believe that both John and Andrew Potempa may have died in the time between 1905 and 1910.

A couple of questions: When did John and Andrew Potempa die? How might I find out the information? Is there any special Polish cemetery and church in the Maple Grove area?

Thank you for any answers you might have to my questions. They will be very helpful in my research.
