It appears that Ino is in Pilsen township.
Birch Lake -- I am not familiar with, however I am attaching a web address to a site where you can get detailed county maps of Wisconsin, you might be able to find it on the Bayfield co. map.....I know there are many lakes just west of Ino.....some pretty good fishing too.

You will need an adobe acrobat reader to view the maps, but they are free on the web and if your computer is fairly new it likely has one already.
