Sanders' of Ashland Family Mystery
Posted by: Thor Thorson Jr (ID *****5683) Date: April 25, 2011 at 09:06:41

Greetings,

I am currently researching my Sanders' roots in Ashland, WI, and my mother informed me that my grandfather, Fred Sanders had a previous spouse - prior to marrying my grandmother, Catherine Veres. Her name was Phyllis Lemieux. Now what my mother told me was that she had died during labor, and the daughter was raised by the maternal grandparents in Odanah, WI (I think).

Does anyone have any information that would be beneficial?

I still have Sanders relatives living there in Ashland, but they're not exactly being helpful with this search.
