I looked for Quincy on www.topozone.com based on the location of Quincy on the 1895 map. There is Quincy Township, Quincy Cemetery, and a Town Hall right about where the old map showed Quincy to be. The cemetery is right at the edge of Castle Rock Ditch which runs right along the shoreline of Castle Rock Lake. The town hall is at the corner of County Hiway Z and Edgewater Ave.

These are all on the southern (lower) edge of the Dellwood (WI) 1:24,000 USGS quadrangle togographic map. In Topozone.com, search for "Quincy Cemetery" "WI" and choose the 1:25,000 scale, medium map.

I got led astray by the Colburn Township, figuring my great great grandfather settled there. Now I'll have to figure out why the township was named "Colburn."
