Many thanks. It looks like the town site for Quincy is under Castle Rock Lake. I've got a 1924 Wis highway map somewhere, and I'll have to see if it shows Quincy.

I grew up at Briggsville in the SW corner of Marquette County, right where Adams, Marquette, and Columbia counties come together. Most of my grandfather's generation settled in that Kilbourn (AKA Wis Dells), Portage, Endeavor area.
