Margaret Whyte, b. 1823, dau James Whyte and Marion Boyd. James Whyte, b. 1801, Linlithgow, s. of John Whyte and Mary Scott. John Whyte was b. 1773, in Linlithgow, son of Alexander Whyte and Janet Cock... all of these were in quite big families, it seems, so there may be plenty of cousins! In turn, Alexander was some of John Whit and Jonet Bryce.. Any info very gratefully recieved. In turn, I can give you some info. about their descendants.
